Internet Takes a long time to "get going"

So i have my Asus z270g motherboard and i am having an issue with the load times of the websites in my browsers. i am normally connected to the internet, i can use programs that require internet like steam or torrent, but in chrome the websites take a bit of a time( about 2 or three minutes) before they open. 

 

its not a matter of internet speed.

 

any suggestions on how to fix it?

Are you using any chrome extensions?

 

Make sure to tag and/or quote people so they get notified... :P:D

If you do a nslookup on the websites you are trying to access, how much time does it take to resolve the domain name.

Remember to do a ipconfig /flushdns before trying this.
