Hello community! I found this Ryzen PC (for $553), and I want to ask you if is this a good deal or not?

cpu AMD Ryxen 5 1500X
MSI B350M PRO (ms-7a38)
Ram 8gb DDR4 2400Mhz
VGA sapphire RX 560 4GB
1TB WD Blue

PSU evga 450 80+ bronze

Case cube gaming

Will Upgrade and Get some parts

1. Sapphire RX 480 8GB Nitro+ = $259

2. Asus PG279Q = Dank Expensive

3. Fractal Design Meshify C maybe? = $89

But First I want to tell you things about the PC and me

1. Budget and Location

I don't have an exact budget but $800 will do, but keep in mind taxes in Indonesia which is where i live is the factor that makes me can't buy new parts

2. Aim

1440p Gaming @ Max Settings like Crysis 3, Sniper Elite 3/4, Project Cars, Forza Motorsport 7

3. Display

Maybe will go for Asus PG279Q, but now I only have a 1080p Full HD Samsung Curved 40" TV

4. Peripherals

Logitech G402 Mouse, Logitech G413 Keyboard, Logitech G633 Headset

5. Why am I Upgrading?

I want to sell my old LGA 775 PC with a Core 2 Duo that is pretty good at Need for Speed Games before Most Wanted 2012

Thank you for helping or suggesting guys!

Mention me if you want to summon me sooner or later

Spoiler

My head on 2019 :

Note 10, S10, Samsung becomes Apple, Zen 2, 3700X, Renegade X lol

the PG279Q is a G-Sync monitor,  to make use of G-sync you need to get a Geforce GPU

You cant use the AMD cards.

Budget? Uses? Currency? Location? Operating System? Peripherals? Monitor? Use PCPartPicker wherever possible.

the RX 560 wont run at 1440P

but the worthy upgrade for the 1440P monitor will be the Vega 56

it more of a 1080P ultra gaming card

and the RX 580 8GB will be the better buy if you are tight on budget

If your going for a RX 580/480 8GB you will not be playing 1440p games at max settings...

I would suggest saving the money of the 1440p display and getting a 144HZ 1080P monitor.  I have the ASUS MG248Q its an excellent monitor for the price and has served me well.

I have an RX 580 8GB and I am interested in 1440p but I know I wont be satisfied with 50-60FPS.  To run 1440p at max settings and high refresh rates you will want at least a RX Vega 56 / GTX 1070/1070ti and even then your probably not going to be hitting super high frame rates.
