I thought the same thing but aorus MBs are weird. It says per the manual to use channel A (DDR4_2,DDR4_4) or B (DDR4_1, DDR4_3)

and on the board it list as from left to right 4231

This is the same with all boards, you use one dimm per channel. One in DDR4_1 and one in DDR4_2 as shown in the picture. Otherwise, you're not using the ram in dual channel mode.

(I downloaded your board's manual prior to posting :))

It's a difficult angle, but it looks like your ram is in the incorrect slots. It may have worked before, but two dimms should be in slots 1 and 2, or 3 and 4. Sounds silly, but it does matter for other boards. Look at your board for how they're labeled, or look at the image I'll post below. (ignore how they're labeled in the image, Gigabyte names them differently)

Also, try pushing the CMOS_SW button on the board located between the dimm slots and 24-pin. I think it's the black one, but it should be labeled. Always turn off the PC and unplug it before clearing CMOS. Best to even press the power button a few times to discharge any stored energy, then push the cmos_sw button.
