You have to ask yourself if you've ever seen an initial announcement of a big product line, just one month before public availability.

Actually the Titan V is currently up for sale, the first batch shipped a few days ago.

(though Volta for gaming is a long ways away)

Get something like a GTX 970 or 980Ti for now. Really solid price/performance on the used market (970's as low as $120 on Craigslist)

Will a used GTX 970 perform worse than a new gtx 970?If it's about 1-2 FPS i dont care, but if there is a big difference..

1050ti or 1060 6GB

Both are very good choices in their respective prices, But for 1060 6GB you must have capable CPU to use its all power.

That titan is just budget quadro, I honestly don't know why Nvidia slammed GTX name on that. Probably because people will buy it anyways knowing that GTX means gaming.

What about getting an used gtx 970 instead of gtx 1060 ?

Well used GTX 970's can be found for very cheap, I think around ~$130, It is a very capable card. It comes with 3.5gb effective vram and is slightly slower than 1060 6gb, but not by much. If you can't afford 1060, then definitely grab a used 970.

I believe the Titan V doesn't have the GTX branding.
