If you get a Delta and undervolt it, all I'm going to say is that you're doing it wrong.

You should be over volting it. ;)

I have Scythe Ultra Kaze 3Ks in my rig (because why not) and to put it simply, yes they are loud (as are most Deltas). They are clearly audible anywhere above 700 rpm and push massive amounts of air, which is good if you don't mind the noise.

No seriously OP, if you want to undervolt Deltas you're doing it wrong. The things are designed to move as much air as humanly possible with little regard for anything else. If you need each fan to move 200CFM of air, did you expect to have decent acoustics?
