I have a 250V

Volts?

You should be fine as 250V at a maximum current of 15A (standard household circuit breaker in the US) equals 3750Watts. You must have one heck of a PSU!

/jk

No, if you PSU is only 250W its not enough or very risky to run a 1060. I wouldn't even run a 1050 with that.

500watts as you can see. In which case yes, it's fine for that card. However, it is a shite PSU. FYI.

Might end up needing a sketchy adapter to combine the PSU's spare cables into a suitable connector for the GPU. If you haven't got the correct connector straight off the bat.

Probably gaming or helping technophobes with tech...

that escalated quickly.. user zero was being nice and honest, if you don't know what psu you have or how to tell if you can use a certain video card, you should probably do some more research and get knowledgeable on computers before you try overclocking. There is a lot that can go wrong if you aren't careful, or if you mess one setting up you could lose your video card or what ever other piece of hardware you are overclocking
