network My computer has not internet, because off Installshield.... HELP

So this random program called "installshield update scheduler" showed up and i tried to remove it because it was causing some issues, like google chrome was acting weird and when i ended the program thru taks-manager my internet stopped working. So i googled the problem and tried everything but that wouldn't fix it. Eventually i searched for installshield in file-explorer and deleted everything i could. This screwed some **** up, now i can only receive steam messages and use teamspeak, the rest has no internet. 
Installshield is no longer popping up in task manager.
Please help me fix this problem. I have no internet on my computer except for steam messages and teamspeak.

Okay, i found a sollution after downloading the uninstall for installshield update scheduler and removing registery-->issues in ccleaner i dowloaded malwarebytes and found 20 threads. Removing them and restarting seemed to have worked.
