MOBO doesn’t fit Case Standoffs

Mercuryaces

Hey guys, quick question. I’m new to building pc’s, just got all my parts in and started throwing things together.

when I put in my mobo (ATX) it wouldn’t align with all the standoff’s in my ATX compatible case, so I could only use 6 instead of (I think) the 7 that should have been installed. Here is a picture of it missing the standoff’s. Is this ok? I’ll have a gtx 1060 in there, it all feels pretty sturdy, but I need your guys help/opinion... thanks!

Min the second picture, the hole on the right in mobo is the one that won’t screw into any standoff’s, because there isn’t one for it.

looks like you have a slim ATX board?  should be fine

Want to custom loop?  Ask me more if you are curious

Yeah that's not a completely standard ATX width motherboard. It's skinnier. If you were able to mount screws in the top and bottom corner of that side then the center pin should provide enough support.
