My pc turn on but everything else turned off

So for some reason about at least once every 3 days my monitor and all peripheral just turned off randomly which kinda odd try to look up on google but i cant find any solution but my pc was still running like the cpu cooler is still running and the led is running So i came here

my pc is

ryzen 1600 oc to 3.8

gtx 1070 oc to 1999

128gbs ssd

1gb tb

8gb

and 500w psu 

so any suggestion would help thanks

Is your monitor turning off or disconnecting?

thats what i thought at first but no its not that cos

1. after i turned my pc of and back on again it work normally 

2. not just my monitor my mouse, keyboard and headphone turn off as well

sounds like a OC issue. ive had those issues myself. Install cinabench and run a few to strees test them over a longer period of time. if it then shuts down try increasing the voltage or decrease the clock. it is what is keeping me from going higher on my current voltage. 50 mhz higher and it shuts of with fans running at max. i dont want to push the voltage much higher aswell. hope this comment helps
