Computer abruptly shutting off without shutdown

When I boot into windows after about 1 minute the screen will glitch out then it shuts off abruptly without properly shutting down as if someone is unplugging the computer while it's on. It only happens while in windows and only on this computer. I have left the UEFI on and it doesn't do this and I have used the windows drive in a different computer to make sure windows wasn't corrupt. It's even a fresh install. 

 

What could be causing this? 

 

System specs:

i7 6700K

32gb corsair vengeance LPX ram (2*8) and (1*16)

Asus Maximus VIII Gene

Gtx 960
