"Ctrl" Key Stuck

While as I was using my Dell XPS lapotop the "Ctrl" key started leaning to the left corner and sometimes it gets stuck under the laptop. I have tried removing it and placing it back but it keeps on leaning and getting stuck. Can someone help me?

try taking it off and cleaning that and everything it touches there might be somethin sticky holding it down
