Need second opinion on my build that I plan to make is it the best i can get for gaming 650 USD

AMD 1200 3.1 GHz turbo 3.4GHz

ASRock ab350m micro atx MOBO

Crucial Ballistix Sport LT 2400 8g RAM (plan to add another stick down the line)

That's probably the best you'll get with out completely running into major hardware problems. I would say go for it, but maybe get some other thoughts first.

A bit over budget, but the 1600 will allow you to use it for way longer than the 1200. If you really need to get the cost down, you could swap it for a 1200 or 1400. Getting the 1200 would allow you to get a 250GB SL308.
