Of course the temp goes to 100*C at 1.4055V 5GHz in Prime95.

auto overclock tends to feed too much voltage/heat. have you tried to dial it in manually?

Are you sure your pump is working at full load, and everything else is working correctly?

honestly, i dont think you can make an un-dellided 7700K run any cooler at 1.4+ volts

It's a 120mm AIO. It's just going to keep heat soaking. Back down the OC. Probably best to not exceed around 1.3V.

Maybe Prime95 isn't the best way to test it, but this is stock:

Oh, I was set on the maximum heat setting on Prime95, this is default, which I think is better (normal?)

might be, my 7700K, when not overclocked and no de-lid, on air was around 78 at stock speed.

It might come down to the silicon really, i would still test it with another cooler though
