Are you from the UK? If you are, and you're purchasing on scan.co.uk I might be able to combine something for your budget from that shop, but you'd have to tell us your budget first. I would not recommend going the way it is now configured, the motherboard would have trouble with the CPU and you would need to swap it with a B350 board with decent VRM.

4 is enough, more is better if you plan to overclock (which you should), and the VRM-s need to have a heatsink on them.

I bought a 1500X on sale so it was about $60 cheaper than the 1600 and here I am 5 months later and now I regret not waiting and getting the 1600 when the prices came down. I got a good deal on the 1500X and it still works perfect for my needs but if it was only a $20 difference I would have got the 1600.

btw, if you plan to aggressively OC both cpu and GPU/will upgrade to a newer more power hungry gpu+oc it in the near future, 450W psu is really borderline, and generally a bad idea.

if you're sure you wont upgrade your gpu, 450W is fine. otherwise get a 550W minimum...if you can spend 50$ for a quality but not pocket killing psu, i recommend something like the SeaSonic S12II 620W as itll give you way more freedom, and is generally way better in terms of quality than the evga garbage b series.
