AMD-VI Completion-Wait loop timed out Error With Two GPUs In System

I have a AMD RX Vega in my system and a R9 290 in my system. This issue doesn't happen when I take one of the GPUs out, does anyone have any suggestions?

I disabled iommu in my motherboards bios and the issue was solved
