Need help getting into my computer

So, long story short, my father locked me out of my computer because he thought I was playing GTA, but, in reality, I deleted the game 2 months ago. He then proceeded to put some sort of encryption on it that I have never seen or heard of before. As soon as I launch it, it appears. I can't load the BIOS. I can't create a new user. I only need access to the hardware, not any of the files. PLEASE HELP!!!!

It's just a BIOS-password, not encryption or anything like that. Clearing the CMOS will also clear the password.

Like the guy above you said, its a BIOS password, if it had been a bitlocker encryption you would have been out of luck.
