I know the Cooler Master Cosmos C700P does it. Also the SilverStone Raven RVX01 and Fortress FT05.

I think that the cosmos c700p can do that somehow

That wouldn't be horizontally, that'd just be rotated 90o clockwise.

Yeah, it's vertical @BlankStars♠ the stand GPU direction is horizontal :P

I'm actually using a case with a horizontal motherboard right now. It's the DeepCool Steam Castle. 

 

There are a bunch of similar cases like the Aerocool DS Cube or the Thermaltake Core V21.
