fresh install of windows 10

I have a laptop I would like to do a fresh install of windows 10

issues are I don't have a ethernet or dvd drive.

I would like to remove any lingering programs that I have installed. I tried some reset in the past but some of those programs are still in place. They did not come with the laptop, I installed them.

how would I go about this?

how would I go about actually getiing windows 10 on it? and the licence key? there is no sticker or anything on the laptop
