Battlefield 4 Stopped Installation

I recently got a used copy of Battlefield 4 for xbox one from a friend. The box was in bad shape, but the disc itself was absolutely spotless. It installed to 18 percent, then said installation stopped. Please help, as this is recurring. (I can't seem to find the clear local data in settings due to the new update.)
