I cant put a cable because its far and he dont like at all any visible cables im using asus wifi adapter i mean i get a good ping for example csgo but my bullets are not registering and its annoying because wifi is bad when it comes to gaming even with a good ping? So what are my options? I want something to improve my gaming internet like i said i get a good ping no lag but im sure all the bullets not registering are from the wifi

Can you temporarily hook up a wired ethernet cable / move your PC for testing purposes? You'll want to play on the exact same server you were having trouble on, with the exact same people you were playing with, on the exact same map, at the exact same time of day.

OK, maybe I'm being a little specific here, but my point is that gaming depends on so many factors it's nearly impossible to achieve a perfect connection. However, at least run a speedtest.net for us and post the results here, both on WiFi and over a hardwired connection.

Your only choice if he won't allow cab;es, is to use homeplugs, so that it uses the elextrical outlets to transmit the signal from the router to your PC, you will need an electric outlet near the router and one near your PC, and a port free on the router to plug the ethernet into.

As @kirashi suggested, I would advise testing with a hardwire connection first to determine whether it is an issue with WiFi or just your internet connection in general.

If it is an issue with WiFi, powerline is likely your best option (running a wire is best, but as you said, not really possible), though the performance can vary greatly depending on many factors, including distance, wiring quality and interference.
