Nope.

I have gaming laptop(Boo all you want, it's fast) But it only has HDMI and Mini DisplayPort ports, while I have a 24" gaming display(144hz, 1ms, etc.) and am wondering if buying a DisplayPort to MiniDP adapter will come with any loss in quality/response time?

I'm keeping everything else the way it was for anyone who might check out my answers in future, but I won't be using LTT.
