paypal refund not showing up

so I got a refund from valve for $5.83, on paypal it says it was completed on oc 21st but my paypal balance is still $0.00 

 

how do i go about figuring it out? its not in my bank account either 

If you want to argue with me, and you probably will please PM me, no need to ruin threads becase you dont like how I am.

 

Ask me how I made 100k selling illegal narcotics!

This happened to me w/ Corsair. I filed a claim, paypal denied it on the grounds that they looked into it and decided it was not an unauthorized transaction (not why I filed the claim) and subsequent phone calls to PayPal and Corsair basically amounted to "but it's just $10..." So, yeah... I'd love to say it'll show up one day, but I have no confidence in Paypal.

I had the same thing happen to me, but little did I know the $5 that i had received back from google was used on my linked netflix account.  But yeah,  you'd have to call em or scour through your statement.
