im a beginner at 3d modeling so a simple one would be very helpfull and if possible with existing library of 3d pc parts already made

For basic software Sketchup would be a good one to start with, if you want something to use to get it manufactured by someone else Solidworks would be something to look into.

I personally use solid works. It is far superior to sketch up, mainly due to the assembly features that allow each part to be a separate file. 

 

There are more 3d features such as sweep cuts etc. 

Sync RGB fans with motherboard RGB header.
