Would skip the LED RAM to get a SSD in there. Will do you more wonders than those LEDs.

What will you do with the PC?

Change the motherboard to the B350 Prime Plus or Strix if possible. Or the B350 Pro4. MSI AM4 boards are crap and/or overpriced.

Get cheaper RAM at the same or higher speed.

Don't get that PSU. Get the CX/M 450/550W. Those are much better.

Add an SSD.

Windows from Kinguin.

You lack a GPU. Ryzen has no iGPU.

How about the AsRock AB350 Pro4 or (better) the AsRock X370 Killer/ac (with WiFi)? I'd choose the Corsair TXM 650W PSU. Quite inexpensive but basically all you need in an upper middle class build. Get a SSD i.e. SK Hynix SL308 (250GB, ~ $78) and add an HDD to make room for your data. You might want to think about a better cooler. Don't buy a regular Win10 license. Get a key from a key seller or just use your Win7 or Win8 key (afaik they still work). Don't forget your GPU. Hard to recommend anything if we don't know what you're actually playing. You do need one though!

And if he doesn't mind for a B350-F Strix he can but... Forget it you said the B350-F has lowend VRMs from the X370-F

B350-F has B350-grade VRMs.

X370-F has VRMs half between mid and high end (mid - caps, high - fets)

Don't buy Apple M1 computers with 8GB of RAM

So in the B350 area the B350 Strix is top of the line motherboard? How does it compare to something like i said AsRock Gaming X in G+?

Depends on Gaming X version.

Generally, the Gaming X is better.
