Windows 10 Fall Creators Update Rollout Process

Well, it seems to be a universal rollout. Everyone with an internet connection and Windows 10 is getting it, whether they like it or not.

Well, by at the same time I mean that it happens on the same day. All over the world, everyone gets it at some point on October 17th. Seems like you already knew the answer to your own question?
