Hello.

I have just purchased myself a cd-key for PUBG on G2A.com. I completed the payment etc and have waited 3+ hours for the order to actually process. I have contacted their customer support, but they havent yet got back at me. Does anyone know what to do in this situation? I really am not looking to waste $30.. (Note: I didn't purchase the G2A shield).

Edit: G2A just now contacted me saying that something went wrong and they're refunding my money. I haven't been this happy in quite a while. Never using that shady place again. I will 100% buy every game on steam from now on. Thanks for the people that replied.

Is this your first time? I've ordered gift cards from a used gift card place before and if it was your first time it took a whole day for it to process your card to make sure it was legit. But besides that one gift card site, every site that I've ordered CD-Keys/Codes from have always been instant whenever I order something. I've never ordered from G2A so IDK.

There are legit gamekey sites available. So you aren't bound to Steam and its weird pricing.
