What thermal pads should I buy for my evga gtx 660 sc

My EVGA GTX 660 sc is going on 3 years and as of the last driver update my idle temp has risen from 31c to 41c topping out at 80c so far not higher than this.  I am going to open it up clean it out and apply new thermal paste.  I have watched many how-to videos, yet all of them fail to give the information as to WHAT thermal pads they used to replace the old ones.  What size, what thickness.  Just to be clear this is not for the GPU I am using thermal paste for that.  This is for the VRM.

10x10x2.5mm Should be able to get them already cut.  A few places sell pads but I went with ebay for the price.
