At that price level, you're probably stuck with TN.

I had this for a while:

and it was very good for COunter Strike.

At this point you should be able to get one that supports G-Sync

I wanna know which gaming monitor will be better under 300$ TN Types or IPS types

Do you need or want G-Sync or Freesync, depending on what video card you have. Also what resolution would you prefer, and what refresh rate would you prefer?

Do you need or wanna have G-Sync or AMD FreeSync,What GPU do you have? Do you want TN (cheaper) or IPS (higher quality,costlier) What resolution? What Refresh rate? Which brand (if you want from a specific brand) and more never ending amounts of questions.
