Different programs need different versions.

If you uninstall some then some of your programs will stop working.

Unless you want to research exactly which versions of vc++ every single one of your programs requires, you should leave them all.

 

If you want to clean up your system properly, do a clean install of windows and then install the programs you need.

That way any versions that were installed for old programs you no longer use will not be installed.
