Can I play cuphead?

I have a really big interest in cuphead. I want to play the game but I don't want to buy it if I'm unable to play it. These are my specs:

 

Celeron B815

4 gb of ram

no video card

 

I know that these specs are really bad but I was asking because I saw that the min. specs were a core 2 duo

The only reason I'm here is that I have homework that I don't want to do

 

PC  Specs   CPU: Intel Celeron N3060 |GPU: Intel HD graphics 400 |RAM: 2 gigs  |STORAGE: 16 gigs

 

 

It took me half an hour to find where to change my signature :(

it might run slowly because of the lack of a graphics card. Even a slow one would be fine, and the CPU is probably okay (2 Sandy Bridge cores), but without a graphics card it might be super sluggish.
