How do you set up a VPN on a windows 8.1 computer?

Is there a command promt entry that I could save to launch it when I need it or something, or if anyone could send me to a decent video not made by a sketchy Indian, that'd be great.

I hope this is useful for you, I was unable to make mine work in Windows 10 and ended up using the one built into Teamviewer.
