Is there room in the Meshify C to use a push pull config with the Corsair H100i as I want to have the NZXT Aer fans (which have LEDs) at the front of the case and then the included fans that come with the AIO on the inside of the case behind the radiator? I will have two Gigabyte G1 Gaming 1080s which are relativley long cards and I am not sure if they will fit as I know the case is not the longest.

No

GPU Length:

280mm

Case max length:

315mm with front fan installed

H100i RAD thickness

27mm

(fans would also be around 27mm)

The max length you could fit in a push/pull is 258mm, but a regular push OR pull will fit no problem

Alright, do you think the Aer fans will be good enough to put on the rad or should I just forget about rgb on the front and save a few bucks

These fans are better optimized for air flow versus static pressure so I would hesitate to say use these for your RAD... Corsair has some good fans (HD120) that are RGB and are static pressure for radiators though!

The only reason I want the Aer fans is because I already have a Hue+ and it would be easier to sync the LED strips with the fans using one piece of software. I have read that there may only be a 3 degree difference an the fans may be louder but that won't really bother me. I will obviously be able to switch the fans to the stock ones if the cooling is really bad

You could definitely try them! Especially since you already have the Hue+
