Can I put 2 730 gt's in a B150M CPU using sli?

the GPU's are passively cooled

The GT 730 is not SLI compatible. You can still have two cards installed though.

 

From nVidia themselves:

730's cannot be SLI'd

  1. You can't SLI GT730s
  2. Please, don't get a GT 730. It sucks. Get a 1050 (Ti) for only a bit more ;)
