Playstation 4 with Rainbow six siege

I haven't updated to the latest firmware but I did update the game... Is it safe to play still? Ubisoft said its safe now but can anyone confirm? I'd rather not install the firmware though.

I don't play Rainbow Six Siege or now about the Firmware Update, but if you feel like it isn't safe, then wait until people give positive feedback on the new update.
