I want to update my old prebuild with a graphics card, because all it have now is from the CPU.
I can't figure out which motherboard it has.
The rest of the specs i can figure out is.

Intel Core i5-4460-processor
8 GB RAM

1 TB SSHD
I would like to hear what graphics cards is compatible with the computer?
and would it make it possible for me to play games like Witcher 3, The Division, GTA5, Rocket league and city skylines?

Do you have the computer make and model?  Like on a sticker somewhere on the computer case maybe?

How powerful is your PSU?  You will need a PCI cable to power a GPU powerful enough to run those games at high settings, but a 1050 or 460 with no pci could run them at lower settings.  Will a graphics card fin in your case?

Open it up. If you have a PCI-e 16x slot, you're golden.

The Computer is a MEDION AKOYA P5105 D (MD 8856)
PSU 350W and it looks like i doesn't have any free cables to support a graphics card, so might need a new power supply also.
There is a single slot for the graphics card.
The games do not need to be on high settings just playable.

So an additional question may be, is it worth upgrading the graphics card or should I just start over with a new computer?

The biggest issue is knowing if the PSU is proprietary. If its a standard PSU then you can just switch it out and stick and graphics card in. Hard to say if its a smart play. Im still running an i5 3570k and HD7950 myself. I would say it depends on what your planning on doing with that computer exactly.

I just want to sit back and watch the world burn.
