Help with a new case please

So I have simplified my 2 favorite cases down to these:

These are just the cases I have found.  I would like critiques on whether or not I should get one of these 2 and suggestions on other cases

 

Case Requirements:

  • Side window panel (acrylic or tempered glass)
  • Mid ATX or smaller case (must fit a mid ATX motherboard)
  • 1 2.5" drive bay, 1 3.5" drive bay
  • Front usb 3.0, audio and microphone headers
  • No more than $70 (but would like to keep under $60)
  • Black or white aesthetic, rgb not needed
  • 240mm top and bottom panels (for case fans or radiators when I eventually get there)
  • PSU Basement (I would really like a case with one, but I will have a fully modular psu so not entirely required)
