One of the front panel usb 3.0 ports is not working

TwistedJack

Hi guys,

Like the title says, the front panel usb 3.0 is not working. I have a corsair 750D Airflow Edition. I've checked the USB 3.0 connection but I can't find any problem please help.

P.s. I just finished building the system.

check the connection at both ends and make sure its enabled in the BIOS i guess, dont think there is much beyond that you can do

I spent $2500 on building my PC and all i do with it is play no games atm & watch anime at 1080p(finally) watch YT and write essays...  nothing, it just sits there collecting dust...

Builds:

The Toaster Project! Northern Bee!

The original LAN PC build log! (Old, dead and replaced by The Toaster Project & 5.0)

As per me, all the front panel connectors are connected. Well one of the usb 3.0 ports is working and the other isn't. The last two are usb 2.0. In short, i'm having problem with only one port.

if the port is enabled in the BIOS and physically hooked ( wired ) to the motherboard, and it doesn't work, then that port is kaput.
