csgo Streaming CSGO on Twitch Lags Like F.

EDIT: Need a new PC I get it, no new pc no streaming. Thanks all . Any future response will be appreciated though.

 

My Problem: Whenever I am streaming on Twitch (Trying to) my game and the Stream Lags like hell.

Your internet speed is fine. The issue I see is that your system is woefully inadequate for streaming. Lots of power is taken to encode the stream. Your cpu and gpu are very very poor choices for that. Nothing you can optimize about that except get a new PC

New PC time. You aren't going to solve anything by optimizing - it's the GPU and CPU that are the problem.

It's already at it's limit just running the game. Streaming is only doable if you have a camera to capture the footage and another computer to stream.
