If you're on Steam, there's a setting in the menu where you want to save it. For instance, if your HDD's target is "C:/", then you would set it to "C:/Program Files (x86)/Steam/steamapps/common/"

move the download folder to HDD (right click 'downloads' folder and select 'properties' - then in the section shown on the screenshot,  type in a new path and hit OK)

move steam & origin library to HDD (click steam -> settings -> downloads to create a new library folder)

Open up Disk Management, find your Windows partition labeled C:, right click on it and click "Change Drive Letters and Paths." You'll get a small window that opens up that shows the current letter assigned. Click on the C one, and click change. Another window will show up allowing you to change the letter used.

EDIT: Unfortunately, I just tried it on my test bench, and it does not work.

The only way to do it easy is to re-install

You can only have this if Windows is installed to the HDD and not the SSD, which would be stupid.

You can, however, change the default install paths to use D:\ or E:\ or whatever, if installing stuff to the HDD is your issue.

OP, I'm assuming you're getting annoyed that everything wants to install to C:\ on the SSD.
