Computer randomly drops signal to monitor.

The computer will occasionally randomly drop its signal to both monitors. It just started happening since I installed a new gpu (1080ti). I cant figure out if this is a driver problem psu problem or gpu problem. Its definitely not a monitor problem as it happens to both monitors. It only seems to happen about once a week as well. Usually my mouse and keyboard stop responding for about a second before it drops the signal but my audio still works throughout and after the monitors drop their signal. Restarting seems to fix the issue.

Thanks
