Absolutely the ryzen 3 1200 and an overclockable b350 motherboard. Its 4cores and 4 threads are hard to beat at the price, especially seeing as you can get them to 3.6-3.8 ghz

Any 1151 socket mobo is fine, but make sure to see if it has enough ram slots/sata ports.

Wait, you didn't include the GPU before, that GPU is pretty strong so you can't get a 100$ CPU because it will bottleneck it, your frames will drop pretty quickly

If you can save to 180$ or so, you can get a b350/r3 1200 combo, which is great value for money. Sorry about the previous comment, you didnt have your mobo listed then :P

Try and get this one https://m.newegg.com/products/N82E16819113437 However you would need a AM4 socket mobo.

Doesn't worth to spend 100 euro for a CPU that fits in that motherboard. I think you should buy a CPU+MOBO combo and keep the rest of your components. Not sure if you're interested in second hand items but that would be the best bet for your budget (might not be enough). Where do you live and interested in second hand items?

I live in Denmark.

What do you mean with second hand items? As in, also buying more than the one thing I'm looking for (CPU)?

And on top of that add DDR4.

I checked your current motherboard CPU support list and it's rubbish. There is no decent CPU that could worth to buy. So instead I purpose to buy a CPU+MOBO combo and you should be able to use your current DDR3 memory and all other components. just change the CPU and MOBO.

If you could find an i5-2500k+mobo, or 3570K+mobo (even non K variant should be good) or i5-4460,4590,4670,4690+mobo (but this is 4th gen intel and would be a little bit more expensive).

Search on eBay or local use selling websites.
