i am trying to build a new pc for 1080p60fps in ALL TRIPLE A GAMES. I don't care about looks or anything i just need the lowest price you guys can make.

There usually aren't any issues when cloning unless the OS was bad prior to the cloning. Otherwise, your OS doesn't care if it was installed to a HDD or SSD as long as the clean install was 4K aligned (which Windows does automatically if it sets up the file system).
