Looking for a 1200$ gaming rig build

I am looking to build a gaming PC that can run a 1080p monitor at good speeds on high setting, the genres I am looking to play are FPS,RPG and Action games. My ideal price range is 1200$ Canadian give or take not including peripherals and such, though including Os (Windows 10 home) I would prefer if the computer is setup to be later upgraded for parts and such and do not plan on overclocking. If you could link any parts lists on pcpartpicker that are in Canadian currency that would be great :)

according to the official cad to usd change, you have 957 usd as budget. as for the pcpartpicker list, the noctua cpu fan seems a bit overkill, get a more cheap one and try to go for a used gtx 1070 than you can not only go 1080p but you should be able to do 1440p

am hungry
