Unless you live in a house made of Styrofoam in the desert, you really don't have to worry about esd

I built my pc without anything literally just touched the pc case wich probably didn't do anything but it's metal but I still done it without anything it's fine so not sure I also touch my pc parts all the time when I clean them out but don't wear static remover thing
