GPU folding resetting

everytime i start folding when i turn on my pc the GPU part resets. sometimes it resets it self right in the middle of the WU. any thoughts

What video card? Is it overclocked? What version of the FAH client?

i am running a gtx 470 right now. it is overclocked.....alot. i have been folding for 5 days so the client is new. is was working fine last night. lol

Remove the overclock on the GPU. Folding will almost always fail on overclocked GPU's - simply to sensitive. Overclocking CPU's seems to work fine, but not GPU.

i got my new 670 and the gpu project (8070) gets to 99.9% complete and it still restarts at zero. the same gpu project has been running for like 3 or 4 days now. my 670 is not overclocked.

Couple of things to try - first off, delete the GPU slot - then reboot. The add in a GPU slot. See if that helps. Another thing I try sometimes, uninstall and then re-install the program. That seems to fix some issues.
