Considering they are packed and shipped by amazon, seems like it was a 7day early release or they plan on shipping them on the 28th

They listed there but you can't receive it until Intel announces it. More like pre-order, as @bughtoo suggests.

 

No hyper threading? Must be a typo. Paying so much and not have hyper threading is unreasonable.

And Amazon has Many different products depending on its region (some are available and others are not)

No way for ANY of us to know which region you are talking about, especially when the link wasn't provided in the thread or no pictures at the beginning.

also, the picture from OP doesn't appear to be from Amazon that's why there was confusion with your statement.
