What do you call the person that comes up with the ideas for a video?

I really love the quick tips as fast as possible by Linus + company.  


The videos are edited awesome, and are really funny and interesting.

 

What is the job title of the person who comes up with all the content, and structure of how it should be filmed, and made when all I have is a topic I want to make a video about?

 

I'm a blogger for over 5 years, have 150,000 visitors per month to my blog, and wish to get into video for my industry.

The writer...? I do remember watching one ltt video where they said that writers were coming up w/ ideas for videos.

In LMG its writer and producer. Writer being the one who does the script, producer being the one who reads the script and decides which order filming would be done.

 

I don't think there's any special title for people who come up with ideas. With organized groups they use creative meetings in place to pitch ideas, or look what fans have pitched to them.
