Hey guys, so I think i'm now done with the build, i'd love if anyone could make me 100% positive that everything will fit in this case/layout, and everything is  COMPLETLEY compatible because A, I don't know myself, and B, I don't trust PPP for shit.

Let me know if there's anything you'd change that wouldn't make my budget go up.

edit: i'm considering the acer XF270HU IPS/144hz/1440p, as it seems insanely good for that price-point, but i've seen a lot of people complain about the BLB, depending on their particular panel they received. Would love some feedback on that if anyone is an owner of one, as i've already done my research seen reviews/videos, etc.

Thank you~

it will except for the AIO..i dont know if corsair already put am4 mounting socket on their h100 v2 but there's a chance that u will receive the old h100 v2 and it wont have the mounting for am4 boards if thats the case (i never tried it myself but u can contact corsair and ask them to give u the bloody mounting socket)

those cocksuckers. Would you still recommend that particular cooler WITH the right mounting socket? Or should i consider others.

Drop the 1700X to 1700, it will OC to the same frequency so you're jsut paying for a slightly higher base clock for no reason (unless you plan on leaving it at stock for some reason)

Cooler is good

Mobo is fine

Memory is too expensive even for 32GB, I'd consider just getting 16GB and upgrading later if you NEED 32gb. (i've had 16GB for almost three years and I've never gone above 12GB)

That SSD is WAY over priced, Consider dropping down to an EVO or San-disk SSD Plus for nearly the same performance (also, probably dont need 512, 256 is more than enough for OS and important programs)

GPU, I recommend getting the 1080TI FTW, you can find it on amazon here for only $20 more!

For about $20 you can get that case with a Tempered glass side panel which looks MUCH nicer, it's much less prone to scratching (you can ask forum users, theyll tell you how easy that acrylic scratches)

PSU is tier 1, cant get much better than that.

Probably gonna keep the ram size and SSD size the same, as i'm heavily into video editing as well as gaming. Any recommendations with regard to memory or SSD? at this point, i'm already paying THIS MUCH.

Are those the only differences between the SC2 and the FTW3? Just wanna be sure, i'd happily pay $20 more for quality/aesthetic.

I have the S340 case with gtx 1080 and  a corsair H80i V2, and it feels cramped in there already.. not sure how well the H100 will fit with that case.

I guess if youre doing lots of video editing 32GB will serve you. You can find an 850 EVO for $175, which offers almost all the performace of the PRO, not noticablein the real world unless youre constantly transferring files between SSD's.

If youre gonna stick with 32GB of RAM, honestly the only RAM I could find that was cheaper but at the same speed was only $8 less, so I guessit's not really worth changing at this point

Theyve added some features to the FTW that dont really help give you bettter OC's (the gpu itself is the limiting factor) but will offer better thermals and acoustics, as well as better monitoring tools (the card has nine different sensors on it giving you more information about your card, which could be useful but for the most part is really cool) and for $20, it's an easy upgrade

*let me check though I wanna make sure that card will fit with a front mount rad in the case youre using* You're all set, GPU is 300mm and case has 334mm clearance with a RAD and fans installed

awesome! really appreciate you checking the clearances, i actually may just get that GPU, im already spending fucking upwards of 750$ whats 20 more from the same brand, lol. Thanks mate.

edit:

So the honest-to-god differences are just the thermals and the acoustics?
