Is this pc worth the price?

well, for the same build price, you can for instance get a 7700k and 1060ti instead..
LINK (this is just for simple price comparison)
look around, see what other computers are selling for.. you might find a better machine for the same money.. if not, visit the guy, see it in action, run it through a bencmark or two, make sure you get everything that was listed and go for it.

Have you tried to perform a sudden temporary interrupt of the electricity flow to your computational device followed by a re-initialization procedure of the central processing unit and associated components?

Personal Rig Specs

Spoiler

CPU: Intel Core i7-7700K @ 4.8GHZ
Motherboard: Asus ROG STRIX Z270H GAMING

RAM: Corsair Vengeance LPX Black DDR4 2x8GB @ 3GHZ
Storage: 2 x Samsung NVMe SSD 960 EVO 256GB in Raid | 2 x Seagate 4TB Expansion Desktop

(seagates are originally external drives removed from casing and installed internally)
PSU: Seasonic Prime Titanium 850W
Case: Mission SG GGX 3.5 (same as Rosewill Cullinan or Anidees AI Crystal with other stock fans)
Cooling: Kraken X62 for CPU, Corsair H55 with NZXT Kraken G12 for GPU

This price looks absolutely suspect. The 1080Ti alone is $900, the CPU is around $400. I hope if you pursue this one you ask tons of questions. It seems too good to be true.

You could mash up good build from both. First has low-tier SSD, bad airflow case and something I wouldn't put in my PC (Corsair PSU). 2nd has really small SSD for the price and low-tier AIO.
