I mean aleast on high settings

Most likely.

Thinking of building this pc with these core components

ASUS Sabertooth 990FX Motherboard R2.0

Amd 9370 because it comes with a water cooler and is a recomened processor for a upcoming game watch dogs

8 gig ripjaws ram 2x4 gb

Corsair 300R

750 watt silver aerocool imperator psu

Gigabyte 7970 oc

I'm am abit worried about the CPU even though I will not be overclocking is this a big concern?

8350 and some other cooler is more than enough and not a complete waste of money

For 300 you could easily pick up an 8350 / 4670k and whack a noctua on there; which will probably do just as well as that included 'water cooler'.

Even if not a noctua, a Phanteks/Thermalright on there would do well do. Cyber monday's coming up - so might see some nice price cuts on those on amazon.

Would you recommend the NH-U14S and will the 8350 definitely be able to run watch dogs?

Depends on the rest of the system and yes.

Whichever is cheaper.

Looks like you're mismatching colors.

Amd fx 8350

Noctua NH-u14S

Aerocool imperator silver 750 watt

Corsair 300R

8Gb ripjaws RAM (2x4)

Are you limited to only pccasegear? What's your budget?

Yes I will only buy components from pc case gear

My budget is $1,450

This budget does not include windows 7 as I am getting a genuine copy for free

Really sorry to be a joy killer here, but what do you mean with "very very smooth" in this context? Very very smooth on low settings or very very smooth on ultra settings?

Just wondering since this rig will almost certainly not run Watch Dogs at any higher then high if you want it to be smooth (depending on Ultra being the highest)...

Tor
Corsair Obsidian 650D - Intel 4770K CPU - Gigabyte G1 Sniper 5 - ASUS GTX 780 Direct CU 2 - Kingston Beast Hyperx Beast 16 GB RAM -  Corsair AX 1200i PSU - Samsung EVO drive 750 GB - Corsair AF series 120mm fans - Corsair H100i - Razer Blackwidow Ultimate 2013 edition - Razer Ouroboros - Razer Manticor - Windows 7 - Beyerdynamic MMX 300

That's awesome dude I think I'll still go with the 300R and are you sure 600 watt is enough power?

It's plenty.
